It is recommended that only heavy duty storage boxes are used for archival of records. Ramar provides cartons that have a double thickness on the end panels, and 3” deep lid covers. This provides for longevity against wear and tear, especially for boxes that are opened and pulled multiple times while in storage.

Due to the integrity of maintaining client records to a high standard, we will only allow for the use of heavy duty storage boxes in our facility.
